How to use it

THE HANDOFF

Each prompt ends with a labelled handoff block. Copy it, paste it into the marked slot of the next prompt — that is the only thing connecting the seven.

Step 1 produces CONTENT-STRATEGY. Step 2 turns that into VIDEO-IDEA blocks. Step 3 turns one of those into SELECTED-HOOK. Step 4 turns that into FINAL-SCRIPT. Steps 5 and 6 both read FINAL-SCRIPT, so run them in either order. Step 7 reads your analytics and produces STRATEGY-UPDATE.

HOW OFTEN TO RUN EACH ONE

Step 1 once per niche, or quarterly. Step 2 monthly. Steps 3 to 6 once per video. Step 7 weekly.

CLOSING THE LOOP

Step 7 is what makes this a system rather than a checklist.

Its STRATEGY-UPDATE block tells you which pillars are working, which to drop, and which hook mechanisms landed with your audience. Take that block and paste it into step 2 — in place of the CONTENT-STRATEGY block you started with.
